These world heritage cities are very special for Andalucia, as they have quite a unique architecture for this region. They are more similar to the northern Spain, and one of our group was quite reminded of Santiago de Compostela.

Back from our pilgrimage to Ubeda
Our small group have just arrived back at Los Olivos following our brief visit to Ubeda to stay with the Carmelite brothers at their convent in Ubeda. We managed to see many of the sights of Baeza and Ubeda during our stay, including the cathedral where John of the Cross preached. We will be returning next year!
