This final stretch of the much anticipated motorway, means that Almeria city is now joined with Granada city via the coast. It also means that if you are looking at flights for 2016 Almeria airport could be a possibility, at around 1hr 30mins from the Lecrin motorway junction, so around the same time as Malaga airport.
